Hello everyone I am Kendrick A. Barnes! I am a native of Barnwell, South Carolina. I attended Barnwell High School and I'm a proud 2012 graduate of the Barnwell High School. I continued my education to Allen University in Columbia, South Carolina where I studied English Literature. I am a proud active and financial member of the greatest fraternity known to man Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. I joined the wondrous band of Sigma in the Fall of 2013. I was the 2015-2016 Student Government Association President at Allen University. Next, I became an alumnus of Allen in spring 2016. Now, I am proud to say I am in my Masters program studying education. I have dreams of becoming a high school teacher or college professor. The final phase of my education career is to either become a high school principal or a college/university president. "I came I saw I conquered" has always been my motto and as mentioned above I did just that.
I welcome you to my blog "Small Talk" where I will post content on health tips, my life's journey to wellness, and some of my day to day life experiences. My request for those who are viewing is to be respectful when posting content to my page, and be respectful of others comments. We all can learn something from each other so lets do it. Another reason why I created this blog is because I really enjoy talking about different things, and I always said I wanted to lead a discussion group on various topics.
